Give It To God

đź“– Scripture:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (ESV)

âť“ Reflective Question:

What would it look like for you to trust God without holding anything back?

Surrender to God isn’t losing yourself — it’s finding your truest self in Him. Often, we grip life with clenched fists, afraid that if we let go, everything will fall apart. But the paradox of faith is this: real security comes when we release, not when we control.

Leaning on our own understanding feels natural, but it limits us to what we can see. God’s perspective isn’t bound by time, fear, or uncertainty. His plans stretch beyond our horizons.

Abandonment isn’t passive surrender; it’s active trust. It’s waking up daily and saying, “God, I don’t have to understand it all—I just have to trust You through it all.” Like a child leaping into a father’s arms, faith is found in the free fall, not in the safety net.

🙏🏽 Prayer:

“Father, teach me to let go of what I cannot control and trust You with all that I am. Help me lean not on my understanding but rest fully in Your unfailing wisdom. Amen.”
